Purpose or Objective of Position:
 
Work with business and functional leaders across the organization to develop PEOPLE strategies and leads human resource teams in Corp as well as business units. Continually provide human resource solutions and guidance, ensuring all of our employees understand their obligations in delivering excellent strategy and business growth.
 
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
 
· Executive role; In charge of the whole area of National Human Resource management and lead a team of 25 people, including 1 Corporate office and 14 plants.
 
· Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.
 
· Create a premium brand profile by building a culture that attracts and retains best-in-class talent across industries;
 
· Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to hit annual targets;
 
· Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of different units;
 
· Oversee compensation and benefit programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels;
 
· Build and reorganize current HR structure into specialized HR functions and innovate new HR processes and system;
 
· Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health, retirement, death, disability, and unemployment.
 
· Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
